Favora is building the place where the next generation discovers fashion: one app for every brand, with an AI layer that learns each person's taste and turns new fashion into a personal daily feed. We're a growing early-stage team in Stockholm, backed by operators and investors from OpenAI, YC alumni, Node.vc and Wave Ventures. Now we're looking for our founding Growth hire to help get Favora into the hands of more people.

You'll start by creating content for TikTok and Instagram, appearing on camera and owning the full loop from idea and script to shooting, editing, posting and learning. This is a hands-on content role first. If you also love strategy, even better: over time, what you learn will help shape our positioning, wider growth strategy and the product itself.

What you'd do first

Own our first growth channel: Instagram and TikTok, with you as one of the faces.
Run the full content loop: ideas, scripts, shooting, editing, posting and learning.
Work directly with the founders on positioning, launches, stories and experiments.
Turn comments, conversations and usage patterns into product and growth insight.
Test formats, hooks, creator ideas and distribution tactics until we find what works.
Build a habit of measuring what people watch, click, save, share and try.

Who we imagine

We imagine someone who loves creating short-form content and feels excited about being on camera as one of the faces of Favora. You care about fashion and the culture around it, TikTok and Instagram feel like places you genuinely understand, and you enjoy taking an idea all the way from a rough thought to something live.

You also care about great products and how they're built, not only how they're marketed. You're curious about what makes people try, love and share something, and you'd enjoy bringing those signals back into both growth and product. You're comfortable moving with a small team, an imperfect brief and plenty still to figure out.

You don't need to match every sentence or come from a conventional growth background. If most of this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. This role is based on-site in Stockholm.

The startup reality

This is an early-stage, hands-on role. The pace can be intense, and launches or important moments may occasionally require flexibility outside usual hours. We want to be honest about that.

The team is small, so you'll work directly with the founders, make decisions with incomplete information and have real responsibility and room to shape the outcome. There will also be work that does not fit neatly inside a job description.

Where the role can go

Grow beyond content into the wider growth system: messaging, launches, creators, community, paid social, activation and retention.
Help shape the product from the customer side, using what people say, watch, click, save and try to influence what we build.
Let the role evolve toward product management, growth and marketing, or a mix of both as the team grows.
Help define Favora's brand, growth and product from the beginning, not market a finished product from the outside.
